I provide counselling and psychotherapy to individual adults and couples. My approach to therapy is collaborative. This means that we will work together to understand the underlying psychological patterns that are possibly the explanation behind you feeling stuck, unfulfilled and burdened with thoughts, emotions and situations.

My psychodynamic approach allows us to delve beneath the surface, creating awareness of internal patterns and relationship dynamics that may be distressing and are no longer beneficial to you.
As a compassionate Clinical Psychologist, I offer psychotherapy to adults, navigating life's complexities. I aim to hold a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental space in which we can collaborate in understanding the unconscious patterns playing out in your life that may no longer be serving you. Together we can increase your self-awareness and support meaningful change.

My ideal client is someone whether a child, adolescent, or adult facing challenges such as learning difficulties, emotional regulation, anxiety, low self-esteem, behavioural concerns, or life transitions. Parents may seek clarity on school readiness or academic issues, while adults may want to build resilience and self-understanding. They value a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard, gain practical solutions, and work toward emotional well-being, stronger relationships, academic growth, and renewed confidence, knowing that with the right tools, positive change is possible.

I am a psychodynamic therapist.
It takes some courage to take the decision to come to psychotherapy. You may have experienced a sudden painful disruption in your life which has thrown into question your beliefs about your relationships, yourself and the world, creating a loss of safety. Or perhaps the difficult feelings have been building over time, but you can no longer push them out of mind and tell yourself to bear it and carry on. It can feel both hopeful and frightening to come to therapy. The thought of talking about very personal things to a stranger is understandably anxiety provoking and the need for emotional safety to do so, is essential.

I use approaches that are best suited for each client's needs, this includes CBT, Short-term psychodynamic therapy and Soution-focussed therapy.
Hello, thank you for reading my profile. I believe therapy is a process where a client and their therapist explores life events with the purpose of getting better. Life events impact how we think, feel and behave- so in therapy, we get to explore these crucial events in a safe and confidential environment. I work with clients who endeavor to rethink, heal and grow from a variety of issues including mental health conditions or symptoms. The issues that I am usually presented with include, life events such as trauma and bereavement, or presenting symptoms similar to anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc.
