I am a Clinical Psychologist and Life Coach with many years combined experience in part-time private practice and Human Resources. Amongst others, in HR, I ran the psychometric and coaching practices. In my clinical private practice, I diagnose existing and potential psychological disorders including emotional and behavioral problems. My psychological services also encompass, psychotherapy for adults and families on mental health challenges and everyday life stresses. Stress, anxiety, depression and burnout have become common experiences for most people. There are positive ways of dealing with such dysfunctions.

I am passionate and dedicated with helping individuals with their mental health challenges and to achieve their personal growth. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I'm a registered counsellor with over 9 years of counselling experience. I hold BPsych equivalent honors degree, BA in Psychology, a Diploma in Counselling and communications and a first aid level one certificate that includes behavioral emergencies management for the mental health professionals. I'm a natural connector with people. I specialize in trauma counselling, trauma debriefing, children (7-10), young adults and adults. I offer my sessions in 5 languages: Siswati, Zulu, Xhosa, Sesotho and Sepedi.

I am passionate about seeing lives changed and clients reaching their full potential, even though there may seem to be no hope. In my sessions I view every individual as unique and do not treat my clients with a “one size fits all approach” I believe that even though clients may have similar problems their experience and the way they view their problems are different from others.

I am a HPCSA Registered Counsellor in part-time private practice with over 8 years experience in counselling for individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. Is it really work if one loves what they do? The reason I became a Social Worker was because I never wanted to work a day in my life but to love what I do. It has always been my desire to help people find solutions to their life problems and I sought for a profession that covered all aspects of human behaviour, i. e psychology, sociology, culture, spiritual & therapy. Now 13 years later, I have never looked back. My experience with clients from diverse backgrounds has been a humbling journey not to mention fulfilling.
