With couples, I focus on communication, emotional safety, power dynamics, intimacy, and conflict patterns – helping partners move from reactivity to reconnection. In family and teen work, I create space for each voice to be heard, supporting healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, communication skills, and trust during often challenging developmental stages. With individuals, I assess their unique history and potential for transformation.
