If you are angry, frustrated, feeling alone and helpless because you (or your teenager) are being bullied, then I can help. There will always be bullies in life, its how you deal with them and how you view yourself that helps you to cope with the bullies. I understand the feelings of being alone, not wanting to carry on, wanting to give up. I also know that if you do not get help in your teenage years, you will be a victim of bullying throughout your life. I know that the bully has taken so much of your self-worth away. I can help you become the person you where before the bullying with more confidence and more
self esteem
.

I see clients who are looking to heal through a holistic approach to mental wellness. The clients that I see are choosing to heal themselves and recreate themselves after divorce/breakups, co-dependency or abusive relationships. Some of my clients are doing the re-parenting in wellness program and finding direction and meaning again. They are building their
self esteem
as well as gaining deeper insight into who they are, why they have the patterns they have and how to replace them with healthier ones. Together we focus on breaking toxic cycles and rewriting your narrative.

It is safer for many people to hide who they really are in order not to feel vulnerable to the world and others, it is a way of protecting themselves from being hurt. Despite this, it is still very painful when we are not known or seen by others. We really want to be found, to be understood and to be loved by others.

My ideal client is anybody who has suffered with a mental health issue such as, depression, anxiety, eating disorder, trauma, difficulties with a relationship or a desire to truly self actualize. This client is truly fed up and ready to heal or doesn't want to waste time just growing in awareness, but truly wants to see shifts in patterns of behavior and thinking.

Self Esteem Counsellors
Self-esteem lives on a spectrum: Not enough self-regard (or low self esteem) can lead people to become depressed, or to tolerate abusive situations and relationships. Too much self-love (or high self-esteem), results in an off-putting sense of entitlement and an inability to learn from failure. And it's occasionally a sign of clinical narcissism. Quite the opposite of being shy or shyness, yet still on the same spectrum.
