My holistic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy with EFT/Matrix Reimprinting energy healing to achieve the healing, growth and transformation you want in your life. EFT/Matrix Reimprinting is a powerful form of mind-body energy therapy that releases the trapped or blocked energies lying at the root of trauma and other emotional problems. IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy identifies and heals the coping mechanisms - "parts" of the personality - which inhibit the free expression of the authentic Self.
