I am an experienced registered psychological counsellor (PRC0021849 HPCSA) in private practice. I currently consult online only. I see individuals and couples. My focus includes grief and trauma counselling, couples counselling, general supportive psychological counselling, psycho-education, and appropriate referral should this be necessary. I am also a trained BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) Level 1 practitioner. I use an integrative approach drawing on person-centred, attachment and Jungian therapy.
