My passion is to help individuals cope with life challenges and obstacles that seem impossible to overcome on their own. I have helped individuals cope with trauma, depression, family and work related stressors. The aim is to create a safe space with non judgmental attitude where an individual can be heard and respected irrespective of their background. By incorporating Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based and Person Centered Approach, I am able to help a client have a different perspective to their challenges. The journey is not meant to be walked alone. Allow us to be there for you throughout the journey.
I have helped individuals overcome challenges like trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts, marital challenges, work related stressors, coping with grief and bereavement, divorce, suicidal thoughts and loss.
If the journey is walked alone, it can be lonely, stressful ant at times may seem impossible to be achieved, when we walk together it becomes easy and manageable. I urge you to allow me to walk this journey with you.
