As a Specialist Neurodiversity Consultant, I assist adolescents and adults with psychoeducational support, advocacy, and skills setting to thrive. The field of neurodiversity is my passion. My own road with neurodivergency affords me the privilege of walking the road with you, understanding how lonely this journey can be. Together with an MSc and a PhD in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College, this gives me the advantage of truly being able to assist my fellow neurodiverse community.

I work with adult and teen clients who have or suspect ADHD, as well as trauma. During the initial sessions I like building a trusting relationship as well as touching on key areas of concern. This way we work out a therapy plan to address issues and learn skills to rewire the brain to implement positive change and delete knee-jerk reactions.
