I work with adults and adolescents who may be feeling very sad and want to make some changes in their lives. I have many years of experience working with people who are suffering from substance abuse disorders and wish to work on their emotional and psychological health, to boost their chances of sobriety.
I also work with couples wishing to improve their relationship. I am an LGBTQIA+ -friendly practitioner. Couple psychotherapy fees are R1500 per 60 minutes.
I am a Counselling Psychologist experienced in assisting people who feel depressed; stuck or lonely. I work psychoanalytically; both in short-term work (say 12 sessions) and longer-term work. The goals of treatment are based on your needs. I can also offer non-directive psychoanalytic therapy for people wanting a deeper process. Sessions are weekly.
