Need help with major life transitions, struggling with overwhelming emotions and situations? Or are you needing support with mental health issues related to symptoms of anxiety, depression or other conditions?
I can assist by providing a space for you to explore and process difficult emotions, navigate life transitions, or draw up a treatment plan to assist with managing psychological symptoms affecting your daily functioning.
