I work with women who are navigating the complex landscape of trauma- grief, dissociation, shame, fear, or a deep disconnection from themselves. Trauma tends to leave us feeling cut off from our bodies, from our sense of safety, from parts of who we are. Many people come to me carrying fear of their own inner world. Within the depths, what can feel like endings or deaths of old selves, there is space for rebirth: compassion, purpose, and a deeper sense of connection. My role is to serve as a mirror, reflecting your own inner knowing back to you, so you can begin to trust it again.
I draw on trauma research to support deeper self-understanding, while working with the body as a source of wisdom. My integrative, somatic approach weaves embodied awareness, the Focusing technique, art-making, narrative practices, and mindfulness. I also offer support with psychedelic preparation and integration.
My practice weaves trauma-informed, somatic, and creative approaches to help you reconnect with yourself and inner wisdom. Together we create a safe space for all your parts. If you feel called to begin, I would be honoured to walk with you.
