To inspire and improve the quality of life for my clients I help my clients deal with the following issues - Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Stress, Grief and bereavement, Interpersonal difficulties, PTSD, Mindfulness and Personal-Development and Life adjustments. In my practice, I employ various methods to help my clients develop a new understanding of their sense of self - their families, friends, partner/s, and their relationships. This may allow clients to repair and enhance their sense of self, and interpersonal relationships and develop a positive and fulfilling relationship/s with themselves (and other people in their life).
Through processes like insight-directed psychotherapy, learning to regulate and manage difficult emotions (like anxiety or panic), and offering couples and families a space to work through their issues and interpersonal difficulties my patients may improve the quality of their lives and relationships with others.
I'm a Psychologist with a strong passion & interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds and assisting people in maximizing and enhancing their social, emotional, and psychological functioning. Especially those facing mental health difficulties and general difficulties with drugs, grief, emotional distress, and mental disorders.
