The Journey
When emotions and repressed memories are addressed, 'The Journey' therapy practitioner will assist the client to to alter the course of their thoughts, to address negativity and somatic ailments. According to the Journey by Brandon Bays, negative memories are stored within the body. The Journey process will assist emotional wellbeing, relational improvement, physical wellbeing, spiritual awakening and alleviate depression and low mood. The Journey consists of a variety of various therapies; each assisting you to improve to achieve better mental clarity and upliftment to reach your full potential. You will experience relief, freedom from low moods and feel balance within yourself.
