We often find ourselves facing overwhelming circumstances at all different stages of our lives in which we need guidance, support, and a safe space to speak and be heard.

As a wellness counsellor, I offer Person centred therapy. I have been passionate about mental health since my teens. My own struggles with mental health have further motivated me. My focus is on helping Individuals and Families become their best selves by listening and equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate and move forward in their daily lives.
