I've been a psychologist for 24 years, after a long business career. I'm committed to fostering a trusting relationship where individuals feel safe to open up and share their true selves. Together, we create a space where people discover inner qualities, strengths, and resilience, make sense of challenging situations and often painful pasts, and build a future where they maintain a strong sense of well-being. My experience shows that clients seek an open, honest, practical and future-focused therapist. I’m also a trained and experienced coach and can blend therapy and coaching.

I see each person as their own self, and work in a way that will benefit the person. As an integrative therapist, I can work in various approaches and practices - and one of my strengths is to meet people where they are.
