I am a Clinical Psychologist and Life Coach with many years combined experience in part-time private practice and Human Resources. Amongst others, in HR, I ran the psychometric and coaching practices. In my clinical private practice, I diagnose existing and potential psychological disorders including emotional and behavioral problems. My psychological services also encompass, psychotherapy for adults and families on mental health challenges and everyday life stresses. Stress, anxiety, depression and burnout have become common experiences for most people. There are positive ways of dealing with such dysfunctions.
I help my clients in dealing with psychological and emotional distress including burn out. A healthy sense of self leads to sustainable positive relationships with others and overall well-being. Life is, however, a journey with many transitions. Therapy assists clients in finding new survival strategies and become effective and happy with their lives again.
Each person is an expert in their own lives. My role as a therapist is to create a safe space for my clients to voice and articulate their challenges the best way they know how. Through this empowering and healing process, new insights and solutions are constructed. I look forward to partnering with you in re-writing more healthier versions of yourself.
