No issue or concern is too small to warrant attention! I have been working as a counselling psychologist since 1987 and have experience with adult individuals, relationships and groups. I specialise in relationship and trauma counselling, self development and adjustment difficulties. I follow your needs and goals and adapt practical tools such as CBT, DBT and stress reduction techniques to suit you. I work Monday-Friday 8-1pm and do not have a card facility.
