If you are a parent worried about your child’s emotional wellbeing, or an individual navigating a difficult life transition, I am here to help you find your footing. My goal is to provide a safe, grounded space where you can move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered.
With extensive experience as a Social Worker specialising in play therapy and counselling, I can support children and adolescents facing bullying, behavioral hurdles, and difficulties expressing their emotions. But also supporting the individual professional, navigating the burnout, stress and grief that we encounter throughout life.
