I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older persons who may be facing addiction, personal/work stress, relationship and mood difficulties, marital problems, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, learning challenges, chronic illness, neurological conditions, or major life transitions. Clients may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. I help clarify their needs, understand contributing factors, and develop a collaborative plan that supports coping, functioning, adjustment, and meaningful progress.
I offer therapy and psychological assessments across the lifespan, with particular experience in addiction, personality and mood disorders, ADHD, learning difficulties, trauma, grief, health psychology, and neurological conditions. Support may include coping with cancer, dementia, diabetes, infertility, chronic illness, and pre- or post-operative adjustment.
Living with emotional, cognitive, medical, academic, or family challenges can feel isolating and exhausting. You do not need to have everything figured out before seeking support. In therapy, I endeavor to offer a safe space to make sense of what you are facing, strengthen coping, and take practical steps towards improved well-being and functioning.
