I am a clinical psychologist based in Weltevreden Park, with extensive experience across a variety of contexts. I have a passion for meeting clients where they are at and supporting them through a wide range of psychological, emotional, and relational challenges. I believe that each individual's needs are unique but that they also bring with them strengths and insights, that can be harnessed to bring about meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in client-centred and psychodynamic principles but I use an integration of tools and techniques specifically tailored to each individual's needs.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages, with a particular interest in working with adults and adolescents. I have a special passion for couples therapy, where I help partners navigate the challenges they face and come to compromises and agreed upon solutions.
Whether it be, addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or relationship difficulties, my focus is always on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I am committed to walking the therapeutic journey alongside them.
