I incorporate a projective story telling and drawing technique as a metaphor for the unconscious s mind. Each person tells the story in a different and relevant way which is parallel to their challenges in life; the information unfolds as to how to make the changes and allow for empowerment and a constructive future.
The unconscious mind holds around 80 to 90 percent of our functioning similar to an iceberg that conceals a larger portion under the water. By addressing this aspect of our functioning, the results are more profound in a shorter period of time
