I am a 'Solution Focused' Counsellor integrating a variety of evidence-based psychological techniques such as Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to work with children (age 10 up), teenagers, adults, couples and families. I am particularly passionate about empowering teenagers and young adults to develop healthy coping skills and self-confidence to better manage challenging life situations such as bullying, toxic relationships, parental divorce or substance abuse. I enjoy interacting with diversity among people and aim to ensure that my clients feel safe, understood and supported throughout the counselling process.
I work with all psychological difficulties and challenges including Grief and loss, Trauma, Stress and burnout, Anxiety, anger management and Relationship Issues. I enjoy developing my clients resilience and confidence to foster personal growth and self-empowerment.
You are important. Your feelings are valid and you deserve to be heard in a confidential and safe space. Please contact me should you or a loved one, a colleague or an employee need professional counselling and guidance through a challenging time. I am a compassionate and positive person and you can trust that I will have your best interests at heart.
