I’m a trauma-informed drama therapist working with couples, adults, and adolescents navigating relationship conflicts, anxiety, grief, chronic health conditions (including scoliosis and autoimmune conditions), as well as life transitions such as relocating abroad, becoming a parent, or changing careers. Together, we uncover the stories shaping your experiences, trace their roots, and gently reshape them — or create new ones — so you can face challenges with greater strength, insight, and flexibility. My clients recognise that lasting change emerges through reflection, imagination, and embodied integration.
Drama therapy is a creative, somatic approach that integrates with other therapeutic frameworks. My work focuses on bodily experience and draws on modern neuroscience to understand the impacts of trauma and adverse experiences, alongside psychodynamic developmental perspectives—exploring how the past impacts the present and how to transform these patterns.
I work in embodied, mindful and symbolic ways to connect with clients and support their therapeutic journey. Through creative expression, we explore the past and nurture possible futures, creating insight and practise behaviours which can break unhelpful cycles.
