I am a dedicated and passionate Wellness Counsellor with a BA degree in Psychological Counselling. I have a holistic approach towards counselling. If you are experiencing anxiety, sadness, hopelessness, depression, trauma or relationship issues, I will provide you with support and guidance. I assist my clients in processing the trauma by equipping them with the coping skills they need to resolve the stress. I also guide my client's in resolving conflicts. If it is the preference of my clients, I will council them from a biblical perspective. I have excellent listening and communication skills and work with adults and groups.
I provide Trauma, Relationship and Pastoral Counselling. I help my clients to make sense of complicated feelings and to understand themselves better. In my practice I work towards achieving wholeness within the body mind and spirit. I work with my clients towards resilience to overcome life's challenges and negative experiences.
I am empathetic towards my clients, I understand that some clients need more time to open up towards their counsellor. I always pay attention to my client's feelings and show them that I understand how their issues affect them emotionally. I will make use of previous clients referrals and advertisements on my website to invite potential clients.
