I apply variety of psychological counselling approaches such as SFBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, BWRT, Play therapy, Imago therapy, CBT and others in helping clients to deal and cope with stress, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, marriage problems, bereavement, trauma, depression, divorce, adjustment problems, esteem issues, relationship issues, marriage coaching, esteem issues, learning difficulties and others.

I want to help clients who are struggling with issues in their relationships, whether it be in a marriage or other relationship. Problems experienced in living life fully, such as depression, anxiety or trauma, can be something which may affect relationships on different levels. Because I specialize in relationships, taking care in understanding depression and anxiety and working towards alleviation as much as possible, is very important. Trauma is a very important aspect of many people's lives which I treat by emotionally helping clients to get in touch with the pain.

What makes me feel totally powerless at times is that I know I can help them, but they do not know that help is available. They think that if there is help available, the healing process is slow and hard and that you can never completely heal emotionally. Trauma and anxiety is NOT something people just have to die with.
