I provide therapy and psychosocial services to children, adolescents and adults with emotional, behavioural and mental health challenges to improve their biopsychosocial functioning.
I offer a variety of clinical services including assessment, prevention and treatment of mental illness and trauma through therapeutic approaches. I also provide Play Therapy to children and adolescents to ensure safe expression of their feelings to cope with mental, behavioural and emotional problems, and do socio-emotional assessments with children.
As a Therapist I won’t try to fix you, tell you what to do, pretend I know more than you do, have all the answers or even make the hard stuff go away. As a Therapist I will remind you that you aren't broken, give you room to access your own wisdom, recognise that you are the expert in your own life,and collaborate with you on how to cope with the hard stuff.
