I provide assessments, therapy and psychosocial services to children, adolescents and adults with emotional, behavioural and mental health challenges to improve their biopsychosocial functioning.
I offer a variety of clinical services including assessment, prevention and treatment of mental illness and trauma through therapeutic approaches. I also provide Play Therapy to children and adolescents to ensure safe expression of their feelings to cope with mental, behavioural and emotional problems, and do socio-emotional assessments with children.
As a therapist, my goal isn’t to fix you or tell you what to do. I don’t believe you’re broken or that I have all the answers. Instead, I see therapy as a space for collaboration, a place where you can feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore your experiences.
