I am here to help. I use various methods to instill self-understanding among clients and encourage you to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. I provide clients with a wide range of services. From less complicated circumstances, to complex and difficult situations; my services are individualized to suit everyone’s needs.
I provide counselling, coaching and wellness support to clients in person in Bloemfontein and online. My mission is to guide clients towards personal wellness. Please Note: We do not assess, diagnose or treat Mental Illness.
