I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the HPCSA. In my own therapeutic journey, I’ve come to recognise the anxiety that arises when we reveal aspects of ourselves that still feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Yet, I’ve also discovered that healing truly begins when we feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I believe in the power of storytelling as a path to healing and self-discovery.
My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where clients feel empowered to reframe challenges and uncover new possibilities in their lives. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, family dynamics, relationship concerns, academic or career stress, grief or bereavement, I am here to support you.
Working predominantly from a narrative approach, I see each client as the author of their own life story, capable of reshaping their experiences and reclaiming their strengths. However, given the unique needs of each client and their individual experiences, I also integrate other approaches.
