I will love to work together with clients, if a client feels - their emotions / patterns and / beliefs are obstructing their ability to live the life they wish to live. - that past life experiences are impacting negatively on the life they are trying to build in the present. - they would benefit from developing skills to cope with anxiety, stress and / depression. - that their current schedules are impacting their overall wellness and performance.

Clients are assured from the start that existing emotions / patterns and beliefs are not defining aspect of their character and developed as coping mechanisms to navigate life. My speciality lies in helping to identify limiting patterns, emotions and / beliefs and working with clients to navigate, handle and release limiting behaviour, and rebuilding anew.

We are often made to believe that we are 'broken'. We are not 'broken', life however, is 'broken'. To navigate through life, we develop coping mechanisms to stay afloat. As we grow, old mechanisms stop serving our growth potential and new life strategies are required. By identifying and releasing limiting strategies, new strategies can be integrated.
