I have several years of experience in individual and couples therapy, as well as an additional qualification in business coaching. I also have a special interest in adolescent therapy as a consultant on the Akeso Young Adult programme.
In addition to my therapy practice I also run online DBT skills groups for both adults and adolescents.
Therapy is about providing space for yourself and your emotional needs - if you've felt overwhelmed, stuck or unfulfilled, therapy can offer an empathic, compassionate environment to safely explore how to best navigate whatever journey you may be on.
