I am a flexible Registered Counsellor, able to assist a wide variety of client needs. I am able to assist client that has a need for Hypnotherapy to help them work through any unresolved/subconscious challenges that they might be facing.
I make use of various therapy approaches, and it is based on what is needed at that point in therapy. However, I mainly focus on Client-centered therapy, creating a warm and safe environment for the clients. Hypnotherapy is used along with therapy at times to best assist the client in need.
I will do my best to create a safe space for you to engage with your emotions. Together we will make sense of problems that you are facing, to help and guide you through your journey.
