Hello, I’m so glad you’re here. I work to create a warm, genuine space where adults can slow down, understand their world & reconnect with a more grounded self. My approach is trauma-informed & identity-affirming, drawing on evidence-based practices. I support people navigating life transitions, anxiety, neurodivergence & gender identity journeys, with care for how these experiences overlap in real human ways. My practice is LGBTQIA+ safe space. At the heart of my work is a belief in collaboration and compassion. I come from an intersectional framework and the belief in person-centred care.
My work is rooted in person-centred care and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have a psychodynamic background & a research interest in attachment theory. The combination of these practices are super helpful in the journey of connecting the dots, making sense of things as they are, while exploring how they came to be.
I don't give advice because I don't have a preconceived idea of what you should or shouldn't do- I trust that you inherently know what is best, and I'm happy to walk this journey towards yourself and find what that is.
