Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure why life feels harder than it seems to for others. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a warm, supportive space to better understand themselves, make sense of their experiences, build practical coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.
I am a Psychologist with a special interest in neurodiversity, anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional wellbeing, and identity development. My approach is warm, collaborative, and neuroaffirming, drawing on CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, creative approaches, play-based techniques, and practical skills-building tailored to each person's needs.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially when you are already carrying a lot. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, you do not have to navigate it alone.
