Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside - managing careers, responsibilities, and expectations - while internally feeling anxious, exhausted, stuck or emotionally stretched. Therapy with me is both supportive and structured. I also work with individuals outside of corporate settings who are deeply committed to personal growth and emotional wellbeing.
