By using a Solution Focused Paradigm, I am able to concentrate on finding solutions in the present time and exploring my clients hope for the future to find a quicker resolution of one’s problems. I believe in a strengths-based counselling approach, emphasizing the resources that people possess and how these can be applied to a positive change.
