I am a registered Counselling Psychologist and Psychometrist, utilising an integrative approach to psychotherapy, working primarily from an interpersonal therapy model and incorporating CBT, DBT, BWRT and narrative techniques where necessary. I support teens, couples, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
