I am a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist. For the past twelve years, I have worked at UCT as well as in my private practice. I am on the provider networks of most medical aids, and can apply for PMB benefits where applicable. I have had the privilege of assisting many clients to find ways to manage the challenges in their lives and to build their resilience. I am a gentle therapist and you can expect a non-judgemental space in which you will hopefully feel comfortable and safe. I see therapy as a collaborative process and I am passionate about my work. I also offer online therapy sessions if you prefer this.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and work closely with my clients according to their needs. Collaboratively, we will work out what you wish to focus on in your therapy.
