I love what I do. When imagining my ideal future, this is it. This means that you will always feel like a priority, with focus on the little things, and not “just another client”. My love of literature, my Scottish Terriers and Australian Survivor, I am relatable and very easy to get along with. You are welcome, safe and celebrated here. I practice across various special interest fields, relying on psychological modalities that fit each client. My purpose is to assess, support and provide psycho-educational guidance to improve day-to-day mental wellbeing of my clients. I do not offer diagnosis or treatments.
My experience in education has provided the perfect backdrop in preparation for working within the mental health industry. I welcome my clients with unconditional acceptance; meeting you at the point in your unique mental health journey, within your process, and at your pace. I adopt an integrative and holistic approach that acknowledges all aspects of you.
