I work with people who are open to reflection and wanting to understand themselves more deeply. I hold a warm, collaborative, and meaningful space where we can build clarity, resilience, connection, and honest steps forward.
I offer a holistic and integrative counselling space, with a special interest in men’s mental health, identity, relationships, and life transitions. My work supports clients in exploring emotional patterns, building self-awareness, improving connection, and finding practical, meaningful ways to move forward.
