Navigating school demands, emotional challenges, and performance expectations can feel overwhelming for children, adolescents, and adults alike. I work with learners, students, and individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, learning or attention difficulties, social challenges, or pressure to perform—academically, socially, or in sport.
I also work with university students and adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or under strain as they manage increasing expectations and transitions. These clients are often seeking clarity, confidence, and practical ways to cope more effectively.
I offer Psychoeducational Assessments (IEB and GDE), with support for appropriate accommodations. I also provide therapy and career guidance counselling and assesment. My approach is tailored to each individual’s strengths and needs. I also support young athletes in building focus, confidence, and mental resilience to thrive academically and in sport.
