Hi! I'm Caitlin. I'm a Specialist Wellness Counsellor with a background in teaching and business. My passion is working with all people, particularly women, to unlock richness, joy and contentment in their lives. I also love working with couples to help them reconnect to each other, and, to themselves within their relationship. Young adults feeling at a loss of where to go next (been there!) is also one of my special areas of interest. People often seek counselling when they're feeling afloat and untethered. In my sessions, I work with people to support them in re-tethering to themselves and finding their own strength and power.
I love helping people get to the core of what is going on for them in their internal and external worlds. Exploration of your past is one way to do this. Another is looking deeply into the way you are living your life right now. What patterns have unknowingly been created in your life and how are these limiting your capacity for joy and peace?
While I am here to be your guide, ultimately you will choose where to go and what you want to unpack. The first session is always Free (not 15 minutes as indicated in the profile) so that you get a low-stakes chance to get to know how I work and whether I'm the right counsellor for you.
