My ideal client would be anyone who is looking to build self-trust, find their flow-state, and regain autonomy in their lives. I support individuals and couples with improving communication skills, stress management, emotional regulation, adapting to big life changes, setting boundaries, resolving family conflict, and rediscovering one's identity after disappointment, rejection or loss. I also offer support in the areas of addiction, work-life balance, burnout, and divorce.
I help clients navigate complex life challenges, relationship difficulties, and mental health challenges by helping them become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours surrounding specific life events. The overarching aim is to help clients build or regain self-trust, increase self-awareness, improve relationships, and boost resilience.
Each life-season comes with its own challenges, wins, and losses. Some seasons can be incredibly difficult and overwhelming, and we may struggle to face them without the necessary tools in our 'emotional toolbox.' The aim of our sessions is to build up these 'tools' and learn to approach our adversity with resilience, openness, and effective communication.
