Your mental health is an integral part of your overall health. It is often overlooked or disregarded due to stigma. Stigma is a deterrent in seeking help, thereby prolonging your suffering. Your suffering may be due to work stress, problems in relationships, trauma, different forms of abuse, loss, etc. All these may be precipitants to the development of a mental health condition. Living with a mental health condition negatively impacts all areas of functioning. I am here to help you improve your functioning and ultimately assist you in achieving your goal of optimum mental health.

I offer therapy to individuals, couples and families. My approach is integrative as I have been trained in the use of different modalities, including additional training in BWRT. The modality used will depend on the presenting problem and will be matched according to the client's needs/goals, age and ability to engage in the process.

It's important not to suffer in silence. You are not alone. I create that safe space where you are able to express your emotions, receive empathy and work on problem solving.
