Life can be difficult, for parents and children alike. Parents often struggle with their own anxieties, and it can so easily spill over to our children. Children also experience high levels of anxiety. Parents and children can be taught valuable techniques and life skills to better navigate the pressures of life.
It is my passion to see families restored and healed. I believe that people are resilient, and that trauma can be overcome with a lot of love. I use Gestalt Play Therapy to meet children on their level, to help them overcome their struggles and challenges.
