I am a registered Counselling Psychologist based in East London, Eastern Cape. I specialise in providing supportive and non-judgmental therapy sessions, offering a wide range of individual therapy, with a particular interest in: Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders and Grief and Bereavement. In addition to therapy, I also offer psychometric assessments, including: Intelligence Quotient (IQ) assessments, Personality assessments, Career Assessments. I work predominantly from these theoretical frameworks: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
I work integratively, meaning I use various techniques from different kinds of therapy to fit the client's individual needs. I work collaboratively because I believe that people are the expert in their own lives and with my expertise as a psychologist, we are able to reach their goals using evidence-based practices.
