I meet my clients where they are at, with unconditional acceptance and positive regard, with the safe space I create and hold. I primarily make use of two modalities- favoring the Person Centered Approach as well as DBT. If you have suffered from a traumatic experience, are experiencing difficult emotions, or perhaps want to set out and achieve some goals, but are unsure of where or how to start - I invite you to step into the safe space I create, together we can address any difficulties you may be experiencing. Each one of my clients are a priority and are well supported - expect to receive quality care and service.

When a client approaches me, I take a step back and assess how their well-being can best be achieved holistically. I offer the following services: - Trauma counselling - Addiction counselling - Depression management - Teenage counselling - Pre/post Natal Counselling - Anger management - Bereavement counselling.

Painful stories, conflicting thoughts and emotions often lose their power over you when voiced in a safe and judgement free zone.
