As a qualified Counselling Psychologist, I believe therapy to be a space where healing meets possibility - a place where the parts of your story that are often left in the footnotes are brought to the center, seen, and honored. I aim to create a space that is culturally attuned, socially conscious, and responsive - where every aspect of your identity is recognized and valued. For me, therapy is about exploring your inner world and the social contexts that shape your experiences, gaining clarity, insight, and moving toward growth, resilience, and wholeness.
I work in an integrative evidence-based way, rooted in person-centered and Africa(n)-centered approaches. I support clients across the lifespan, addressing trauma, anxiety, identity, life transitions, and behavioural challenges. I am also experienced in combining African spirituality with Western therapeutic approaches for clients who find both meaningful.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can be truly seen and heard. Together, we explore your experiences, uncover strengths, and work toward growth, healing, and resilience.
