I take an integrative, flexible approach to therapy, drawing on positive psychology, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This means we won’t take a one-size-fits-all path—together, we’ll tailor our work to suit your unique needs, goals, and pace.
