Since opening the doors of my practice in 1998, I have provided clients with a wide range of psychological services. I have also been teaching and educating students during the last 10 years and this has kept me up to date with the profession of psychology.
I specialize in Individual therapy, couples therapy, crisis and trauma work. I have an integrated approach and believe that therapy is a space where one needs to feel safe and where healing can take place. I use Eye Movement Integration therapy, Somatic Experiencing therapy and Resource therapy as well as other modalities to assit clients with healing
When we seek out therapy we are in a state of crisis to a larger or smaller degree. Therapy Is a meeting point, a safe space to explore yourself, to deal with whatever you are experiencing, to gain understanding and clarity of who you are and where you find yourself. It is a space where you can navigate difficulties in your life, find healing and new hope.
