Everyone of us faces challenges in life, our struggles just looks different. I believe that no matter how small or big the challenge, you have to work through it. As someone who taught at a high-school for 4 years, I know the effect that low self-image, trauma, relationship troubles between parents etc can have on their kids and on the parents. I would love to create a safe space and offer support to clients with low self-image, trauma, relationship problems and people who experience challenges. I want to create a safe and supportive space for clients to maintain good mental health. As someone who struggled with trauma and a low self-esteem I know that this can cause unnecessary worry, self- doubt and fear of failure. I can help you to become your best version to be happy and positive by working thought any type of challenge the client may face.
